Among these stages is develop a good plan, which contains formulation actions achieve results according goals set, namely decision on what do future. This study uses descriptive method aim describing various phenomena that exist research location. The data collection techniques through observation, interviews documentation studies. showed planning strategic mosque-based used several strategies develop, prosper mosque, starting development vision mission, identifying opportunities threats as well strengths weaknesses faced by al-Mukarromah determining short-term, medium-term long-term goals, determine alternative specific achieve.
